The International Services Portal serves all University departments, international visitors, scholars, students, employees, and researchers.
For Initial Access
- Newly admitted, deposited students will be invited to the Portal by their respective campus' International Office. East Falls students can email Suzanne Iseminger. Center City students can email the Office of International Affairs.
- Hosting Departments at Center City and Jefferson affiliates who are new to inviting international observers or J-1 Exchange Visitors should email the Office of International Affairs.
- Departments who need access to the Portal to sponsor an employee for an employee-based visa should email the Office of International Affairs.
